Unacceptable from a business that's being paid to work for me. Update: of course you chose to blame me. Maybe if it wouldn't have taken days to find out what to do the paperwork could have gotten done faster. And why did you talk to me later on? It makes no sense. You're blaming me for your lack of being decent."
