"My car was totaled and it took over a month to get the money. She said she couldn't talk to me since we hired a lawyer, but then talked to me weeks later. She even typed in all caps in a text message when I I was asking questions. I found a cheaper rate with Farmer's Ins. It hurt my feelings. Unacceptable from a business that's being paid to work for me. Update: of course you chose to blame me. Maybe if it wouldn't have taken days to find out what to do the paperwork could have gotten done faster. And why did you talk to me later on? It makes no sense. You're blaming me for your lack of being decent."

We are truly sorry to see a negative Google review about your recent experience with the companies claims process. As you stated, you had an attorney, which meant I could not discuss the claim with you. We strive to provide excellent service and did give you information and guidance in what was needed, but, again, could not discuss the claim. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. "I don't even have State Farm, they were also not the office the kid who hit me uses, they were just the closest to me and they are AMAZING!! Lucy took over when I told her I had no idea what to do and was overwhelmed about how to get the medical Bill's paid, my car repaired, and getting a rental while it was repaired. She broke it down, made the calls, faxed the paper work and made it so much easier for me to deal with. Thousands of Thank yous to this office for thier help 💜"

"When you purchase something as important as Insurance you need personable and professional. I found that in Beth. She’s awesome. I love how connected she is with me and my family. I recommend her to everyone�. My understanding within the many policy’s I have with State Farm is limited and Beth never gives me the impression I’m putting her out when I ask for an explanation. I have my vehicle, life ( my entire family) and renters through Beth with State Farm. I love the quality of her character and how she conducts herself within her career. Because she does her job well I can do mine just as well and with confidence I’m covered if anything unexpected happens."

"Was told $93.50 for a personal articles policy so I purchased the policy and switched companies. Then two weeks later get a bill for an ADDITIONAL $129.50. Now policy is $223. When I called she said she made a mistake. Geez thanks...looks like I made the mistake."
